The Türkiye Success Scholarship Programme supports academically successful international students who are already studying at universities in Türkiye and financing their education independently.
It is not intended for students seeking admission to a Turkish university for the first time.
Expected application period: October–November 2026
The official calendar places the application period in October and November. Applicants should wait for the specific 2026 announcement before submitting an application.
Scholarship value
The current monthly stipends are:
- Undergraduate: 3,500 TL;
- Master’s: 5,000 TL;
- PhD: 6,500 TL.
The scholarship is awarded for one academic year. It covers the monthly stipend only; accommodation and other expenses are not included.
Who can apply?
Applicants must generally:
- be international students;
- be currently enrolled at a Turkish university;
- be studying without another Türkiye Scholarship award; and
- demonstrate outstanding academic performance.
